Shipping and returns

An estimated ship and delivery date is provided before payment is captured. Delivery is by parcel or curbside freight, as shown for your order.

Delivery

If we cannot meet a stated delivery date, you may accept the delay or cancel for a full prompt refund. Inspect your delivery when it arrives and report visible or concealed damage within 48 hours by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photographs.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The spa must be unused, uninflated, never filled with water, and returned in its original condition and packaging. A return merchandise authorization is required before anything is sent back.

Return shipping

For a buyer-remorse return, the customer pays return freight. For a damaged or incorrect item, Off Hours covers return freight. Original outbound shipping is nonrefundable except for damaged or incorrect items. Off Hours does not charge a restocking fee.
