One-Year Limited Warranty

Off Hours warrants the IB5 to the original residential purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery.

What Off Hours will do

At our discretion, Off Hours may repair or replace the affected part or product, or issue a refund.

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover punctures or tears after delivery, water chemistry, mold or improper storage, use on an unsuitable surface, electrical mismatch, misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, normal wear or cosmetic variation, commercial use, or external events. Labor, removal, and reinstallation are not covered.

How to make a claim

Email [email protected] with proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue. This limited warranty does not limit any statutory rights that apply to you.

Using the product safely

Use IB5 on a suitable level surface and follow the product instructions supplied with your order. Select only the electrical version confirmed for your destination. Available options are 120 V / 1,400 W and 220 V / 2,100 W.
